1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with ZDC Footwear AS, hereinafter referred to as “ZDC”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the ZDC Footwear AS desktop website and mobile website.

By using and/or placing an order at zerocshoes.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms & Conditions”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before placing your order. Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, can place an order at zerocshoes.com The inclusion of any products or services on zerocshoes.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on zerocshoes.com at the time you place your order. ZDC Footwear AS want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the zerocshoes.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are quoted in the currency indicated on the Website, which will vary depending on the country in which your IP-address is registered. Please edit your delivery country in the checkout to see your final currency.

Our prices are indicated including 25 % VAT. Information regarding the total costs, including all fees (VAT, tolls and similar) and delivery charges (freight, postage, invoicing and packaging) together with a specification of each component of the total costs, are displayed in the order form before confirmation of the purchase.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the Website, including on each product information page. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are subsequently found to be unavailable. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only.

In some instances items on the Website may be mispriced. If a product's quoted price is higher or lower we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.


4. Delivery

We will make our best effort to deliver products you order within the estimated time of delivery. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. If you have received your Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived within the time specified in the email, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such products will pass to you when we deliver your products to the address you have provided. If a carrier organized by you collects the products you are responsible for the product once it is collected.


5. Customs

Our products are dispatched from ZDC Footwear AS's warehouse in Norway and we will be responsible for custom clearance to the countries in which we offer our products for sale.


6. Canceling an order

You have the statutory right to cancel an order. (All shipments in the Nordics and EU) This right may be exercised 14 days after receipt of the products from us according to the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge. You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the products. We will refund the money received from you within 14 days of receiving the products from you or within fourteen 14 days of you providing us with proof of return.

Where you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, you should return the goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable. You will find the full Return Policy at zerocshoes.com.

Where goods are returned according to the right to cancel, any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, may be claimed by us as compensation.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 14 days post receival date. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once package is received at our warehouse. You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the products.

We will refund the money received from you within 14 days of receiving the products from you or within 14 days of you providing us with proof of return. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

All goods must be returned unused, together with all original packaging. All labels and tags shall be attached to the shoe/boot and in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (you may try the item on indoors) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please do not write or mark the original shoebox with anything and make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. By way of example, a defect would be to glue the Return Form directly to the original shoe box, thus damaging the original packaging. We retain the right to withhold in whole or part the payment in case of defects to product or packaging or non-compliance with the return policy.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify ZDC Footwear AS promptly and return the item in the same way as stated above. ZDC Footwear AS will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of exchanges in another product or size, we will send you the new product without any delivery charges. We do not accept exchanges by way of "cash on delivery" or COD.

We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your returned goods to our warehouse.

In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through www.zerocshoes.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), ZDC Footwear AS reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.


8. Payment

Credit & debit card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. The applicable amount will immediately be charged on your credit/payment card. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to ZDC Footwear AS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


The payment is processed by Klarna. By completing the payment form, you accept that Klarna is conducting a credit check. If Klarna agrees to the payment by invoice, you will receive an invoice from Klarna by e-mail, as soon as the ordered goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. You then have 14 calendar days to settle the bill. If Klarna does not agree to the payment on account, you must opt for an alternative payment option.



You are obliged to submit a correct email address and to inform ZDC Footwear AS if your email address changes. Please note that ZDC Footwear AS reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address. You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email.


9. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Condition shall exclude or limit ZDC Footwear AS’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. ZDC Footwear AS is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our

reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on zerocshoes.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.


10. Colors

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.


11. Guarantee

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, ZDC Footwear AS abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by printing out a return form here.


12. Warranty and Claims

We offer a two-year warranty against production and material defects on all of ZDC Footwear AS’s products. In addition, all of our products which contain a GORE-TEX® membrane are covered by the “Guaranteed To Keep You Dry” GORE-TEX® guarantee.

ZDC Footwear AS offers a two-year warranty against production and material defects. Should a product fault arise as the result of a production defect this will, where possible, be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, carelessness, normal wear and tear or a natural deterioration of colours and materials after long-term use.

GORE-TEX guarantees that your GORE-TEX product will stick to its promise of being waterproof. This guarantee applies to all products with a GORE-TEX Guaranteed To Keep You Dry tag. Membrane defects will normally become apparent quickly, and in such a case this claims principle will apply. However, this will not apply for leakages caused by use and wear and tear. In such cases, an individual assessment of the product’s condition and age, among other things, will therefore determine whether compensation is due. All warranty claims must be resolved with ZDC Footwear AS before they can be approved. Once a warranty claim has been approved, the product will be repaired or replaced by ZDC Footwear AS.

If you believe that something is wrong with an item that you have received, take a picture of the defect where possible. If this is not possible, describe the product defect in detail. Send this to post@zerocshoes.com This allows us to quickly determine if further action needs to be taken.


If you bought the products in a physical store or in another webshop

Your warranty claim should be handled by the specific store or webshop. Please contact them for further information on how to proceed with your claim.


All products sent in as part of a warranty claim must be cleaned. If a product is not clean, it will be returned to the sender without being assessed. In such a case, the sender will have to pay for the costs of the return delivery.

For products with defects that fall under ZDC Footwear AS’s two-year warranty, the GORE-TEX guarantee or other complaints in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, the product will be either returned or replaced within a processing time of 14 days of receipt of the product.


13. Disputes

The parties shall attempt to solve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, you can take your claim to your local Consumer Council. All disputes shall be solved pursuant to Norwegian legislation. When you make a purchase from zerocshoes.com online shop, you accept that the purchase is governed by Norwegian legislation. If a claim is taken to court, it shall be solved in your (the buyer's) legal venue, or normally close to where you live.


14. Assignment

ZDC Footwear AS reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

17. Severance

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.


15. Ownership of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at zerocshoes.com remain with ZDC Footwear AS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of zerocshoes.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of ZDC Footwear AS.

17. Force majeure

Incidents such as war, natural disasters, strikes, public resolutions, unsuccessful deliveries from subcontractors, and the like over which ZDC Footwear AS does not have control, which cannot be classified as reasonably foreseeable, are designated as force majeure incidents, implying that ZDC Footwear AS is exempt from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements
