Return Policy
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order from www.zerocshoes.com. You will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the returned product.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Fill in the return form that came along with your package or you can print out a new return form here.
All goods must be returned unused, together with original packaging. All labels and tags shall be attached to the shoe, in the same condition as when delivered to you.
Place the return label on the return package you are sending, and deliver at your nearest post office. The shoebox shall not be used as outer packaging when sending the goods. Please do not write or glue the Return label directly to the original shoe box. You run the risk of the return being refused. Please make sure your return package is packed and sealed securely.
- Ask for a receipt of your delivered package.
Exchanges
If you wish to change to a different size or model, please place a new, separate order through our website. Shipping is free.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- We retain the right to withhold in whole or part the payment in case of defects to product or packaging or non-compliance with the return policy.
- We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
- Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail store.
Canceling an order
You have the statutory right to cancel an order. (All shipments in the Nordics and EU) This right may be exercised 14 days after receipt of the products from us according to the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the products and the original delivery charge. We will refund the money received from you within 14 days of receiving the products from you or within fourteen 14 days of you providing us with proof of return.
Where you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, you should return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable.
How to exercise the statutory right to cancel
In order to cancel an order, please send us an e-mail to post@zerocshoes.com.
The e-mail/letter should clary state that you are exercising your statutory right to cancel. Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it. Please keep the confirmation of any letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.
Please note: Prodcuts should be returned preferable together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely.
Where products are returned according to the right to cancel, any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, may be claimed by us as compensation.
